Warranty replacement 

Standard Warranty Coverage
All electrical products purchased from CORA SRL come with a 2-year warranty, effective from the date of delivery.
Customers who choose the optional 1-year extended warranty will enjoy a total coverage period of 3 years.

If an electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Physical damage of any kind

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage or defects caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling

How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at info@homenexor.com.

You will receive an automatic confirmation. Please reply to that email with a short video clearly showing the issue (e.g., the device not powering on, failing to charge, or malfunctioning).

If a video cannot be provided, we may request that you return the item to our warehouse for inspection.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.

Only claims that fully meet the warranty conditions will be reviewed and processed.
